The VINELink.com app provides victims and concerned citizens with convenient access to the nation's leading offender information and victim notification network, VINE (Victim Information & Notification Everyday), directly from their mobile devices.
The VINE service, which is free of charge, offers users a range of features and benefits:
- 24/7/365 access to the VINE online portal
- View offender custody status information from over 2,900 law enforcement agencies across 48 states (availability may vary by agency)
- Register for offender custody change notifications via in-app notification, phone, email, text message (where available), or TTY device
Important Note: It is important to mention that currently, Android devices do not support push notifications or on-screen alerts. However, this does not hinder users from registering to receive notifications via SMS, phone, email, in-app, or TTY. Android users can access in-app notifications through the application.
